DR. TAJUDEEN OLALEKAN YUSUF  is currently a Senior lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Lagos. He bagged his bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Insurance and Management respectively from the University of Lagos. He obtain his second Master’s degree in Islamic Management, Banking and Finance (with Distinction) from the Loughborough University and a PhD in Insurance in Nottingham University Business School in 2009.

As an academic, Dr. Tajudeen has travelled to several countries; including the USA, UK, Malaysia, Japan, and Kenya to deliver lectures and participate in learned conferences, seminars and workshops. He has published more than fifty articles in referred and peer-reviewed journals both locally and internationally.

He is currently an Associate member of the famous Chartered Insurance Institute of London and is the Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (IIFP). As a member of Governing Council of the College of Insurance and Financial Management (CIFM), he is also Chief Examiner of the West African College of Insurance.

As an Islamic scholar, Dr. Tajudeen is one of the Imams of the University of Lagos Muslim Community and former Staff adviser for the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria, University of Lagos Branch. Currently, he is the Chairman, Governing Board of the Zakat and Sadaqah Foundation.

PRINCE SULAYMAN A. OLAGUNJU is currently the Executive Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Zakat and Sadaqat Foundation. He holds a B.Sc Degree in Computer Science and Master Degree in Information Management both from the University of Lagos, Akoka as well as another Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Federal University of Technology (FUTA) Akure, Ondo State. Prince Olagunju is a member of several professional bodies such as Nigeria Computer Society; Computer Professional Council of Nigeria (CPN) and Project Management Professional (PMP) among others.

He has held managerial position with several Information Technology Organizations such as the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement Systems, Victoria Island, Vivid  Solutions Associates, Gbagada, Future Technology System, Ikorodu, Lagos  and Joint Komputer Kompany, Ilupeju, Lagos State among others.

ALHAJI ABDULWAHEED O. AMIDA is currently a Senior Estate Officer (Surveyor) at the University of Lagos, Akoka. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka. Alhaji Amida is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management as well as a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors & Valuers.

He has held several managerial position in different organizations such as an Estate Surveyor at Gbenga Oshinowo & Company, Oregun, Lagos: Property Manager at Eleganza Group of Companies, Ikoyi, Lagos; Real Estate Consultant at Bulk shop Nigeria Limited, Apapa; Gulf Agency Company, Apapa, Lagos and a Faculty Officer at the Faculty of Science, University of Lagos, Akoka-Yaba, Lagos among others. Alhaji Amida is the Secretary of the Board of Directors Zakat & Sadaqat Foundation.

ARCHITECT MIKAIL ZAKARIYYAH  holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) Degree in Architecture from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic  (formerly Ogun State Polytechnic), Ogun State. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Architect Zakariyyah had a professional stint with several companies such as Conception & Development Limited as an Architect; Istab Properties Nigeria Limited as Business Manager; Safamaq Nigeria Limited, Lagos as a Site Manager and Stage team Projects Limited, Lagos State as the Project Director. He is a pioneer member of the Board of Directors Zakat and Sadaqat Foundation.

SHEIKH TIRMIDHI AKANO JAMIU is currently the Proprietor/Director of Nasrullah School (Day/Boarding) Lagos State. He is the Chairman, Committee of expert on Zakat, pioneer Chairman, Inheritance Committee as well as the Shariah Panel of Zakat and Sadaqat Foundation and a executive member of Global Union for Zakat Rite (GUZR).

Sheikh Jamiu was a former Assistance Education Officer (1980 – 1994) at the Kwara State Teaching Service Commission and a former Deputy Director at An-Najat International School, Apapa, Lagos State. He holds a Certificate in Islamic and Arabic Language, Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Islamic Studies) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Master in Islamic Studies (M.ED) from University of Lagos, Akoka.
